Rayman 3 is a pretty average platformer on its own, but it’s the quirkiness, the characters and the amusing script that propel it forward and make it something unique and worth playing.

Compared to Rayman 2 its not very good. I remember wanting to play 3 so bad as a kid because 2 was such a good game. Sadly, this didn't live up to it slightly

Some found Murfy annoying I actually found him to be quite funny when I played this years ago. willpick this up after reading, thanks for this.
Having played the PSN demo, I have to say I was a bit disappointed, the music hiccups are far too frequent and the angle and distance mip-mapping is extremely aggressive: although the art assets are pretty good, you can see big nasty pixels one virtual meter ahead Rayman's position.
