Skyrim blew my mind when it released. That game took me to the gaming, promisedland. Going back to it when it was updated for the PS5, it felt slightly rough around the edges, but great for its time
We should leave Obsidian alone. Bethesda on the other hand should be kept under constant psychiatric observation.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim has been updated to support true Physically Based Rendering thanks to the release of Community Shaders 1.0.
In a way yes, he is tolerant of other races but will not go out of his way to look out for them. He wants Skyrim to be for the Nords but I don't think that he would force out the other races.
