Skyrim Patch 1.3 Hits Xbox 360 but Does It Add More Bugs?

It will kill you at low rank and cause damage at any rank. It is not supposed to do that at all.

Try to finish the college of winterhold quest and see if this patch got it right. I mean a few graphical lag and stuff like that it's not that huge of a deal but when some quests are broken there is a real problem...

Try to finisch the Thieves Guild quest Under New Managment.. then see if the patch fixed it...
Or try storing or taking a book from a shelf...

Is this the quest with the "officially join the thieves guild" thing? Because with the status I have in the thieves guild I'm pretty sure I joined. If you've done that questline you know what I mean.

No its when u have done all the thieves missions and the nearly 40 little quests for Delvin and Vex... Then u will have to trade in your old thieves armor for the Master Guild Armor. But because of the glitch you cant complete the quest. A lot of people sold the armor (This the glitch, because it is a quest related item) and now they cant complote the quest so no trophy (One With The Darkness) or achievment

Maybe because Portal 2 is a decent minigame, but I don't think a game that short should ever be in consideration for any GOTY awards.

I guess I just didn't feel "wowed" by Portal 2. Still felt like Portal 1, which was a free game on PC if I'm not mistaken. Nothing really of substance if you ask me.

Why are people agreeing with that? Nothing about that is accurate.

Is it a minigame? Really? It has a full story with fleshed out characters. It clocks in at roughly 8 hours, longer if you try to find all the easter eggs. It adds a TON of concepts to the Portal "formula." It's not a minigame...

The first Portal was not free and it never has been. It was packaged with two other games, if that's what you're referring to.

Oh, and Skyrim is amazing too.

They hate on it because they feel like Uncharted 3 would be winning more GOTY awards if Skyrim weren't in the picture, but Batman Arkham City is a better game as well.

They are not hating it! We are angry because of the problems. I play skyrim on the PS3 and i have a LOT OF bugs... Try playing with lag... it's really fun!!

And broken quests, crashes, freezing game etc..
I for one am angry because it seems that every patch is making the game worse...

unfortunately, for me, im one of the unlucky people. :(

after this update, there is this one cave(cant remember the name, starts with an "R" i believe), when i leave the said cave, everything is just black screen and the only thing you can see is my reticule. i still get an audio feed though, you can hear the wind, the music and your footsteps.

hope this is fixed soon.

You tried loading a different save file from before entering the cave? I had the same problem with fallout 3, i learned my lesson when i lost 25 hours of gameplay. Rule #1 when playing anything made by bethesda when in doubt save, rule #2 always remember rule #1! I have gotten in the habbit of any time before I enter or exit anything i do a manual save, i also do a save randomly every 5-10 minutes. Hell my skyrim has 36 save files on it lol

i save everytime i kill something most of the time.

it just randomly happened, it didnt effect my game in anyway, just annoying.

loool thats nothing my 3 playthroughs in Fallout3 have over 500+ saves. But yes I'll need to get back into this mood of saving every couple of minutes. I'm getting skyrim for christmas :D

I was unaware that the Xbox 360 version has issues to begin with. I haven't had any issues since launch with Skyim .

I play it on PS3 and am not having any major problems, but I am an exception. Bugs don't show up the same way for everyone. The same goes for the 360 and PC versions. All versions of Skyrim have multiple potential problems, both major and minor.

I got the ps3 update last nt and havent noticed anything yet.

Just hope the patch for 360 works

You will most likely have to start a new game. Patches usually don't fix game saves that contain incorrect data.

At 85 hours in? No way. I love bethesda and their games but not that much. My save hit 13mb last night and i get about 20 min of play time before frame rate drops to, oh, about 2 fps

Anyone Who thinks this game is fixed is fooling yourself. Use a blizzard scroll of you think it is fix. By the way... prepare to commit suicide if you do. This game is worse now. I killed my character by using my own damn scroll that never has killed me before. And sometimes when using magic, on one arm comes up on screen, not both arms. Those are new glitches. Bethesda needs to seriously test every patch they launch.

PS3 gamer here.I was initially planning on buying the damn thing but each patch seems to only worsen things.So purchase for me is postponed indefinitely until I hear things are on an acceptable level.Skyrim does not deserve GOTY in my opinion.Is it a great and addicting game?Yes and anyone saying otherwise is probably a part of a minority.Is it a highly flawed game?Yes again and anyone saying otherwise is deluded.GOTY should go to games that not only are great but also play well on a technical level.Thus my GOTY would go to 1 of these games:
Dark Souls (just as much addicting as Skyrim+innovative online play-annoying bugs and glitches)
Arkham City
Portal 2
but NOT Skyrim.

I like how each time they write this, they end it with out the bugs are no big deal and no game is perfect.

But yet theirs games out their that have alot less problems then this or not as bad of ones.

I can't complete the white phial quest I have 6 hearts and it dosen't recognize them , yet I cant sell or drop them because it says you cant sell or drop quest items. I have 160 hrs in the game and this is the only quest I can't finish so far.

Two things have popped up while playing since this update. Texture load issues on NPC armor, and clipping issues with character deaths. If I kill anyone, they have a chance (in my case a 50%) chance of being stuck in the floor, falling through the floor they were just killed in, or simply disappearing into geometry.

I've also notice the moon geometry is tearing...ugh...I can't enjoy the night sky anymore.
