VGW: Only hours after the much-needed 1.3 patch for Skyrim has been released for Xbox 360 (and PS3 in Europe), users are beginning to report a variety of new bugs and unfixed issues. Some of the complaints include infinitely hanging loading screens, dragons that don’t give souls when defeated, Lydia falling through floors, and broken auto-saves.
As The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered takes up 125GB, original designer Bruce Nesmith recalls fitting Skyrim into a tiny file size.
Skyrim is still my favorite ES game. I’m playing through it again right now since I never finished it.
That judicious lack of oversight permeated everything in Bethesda's RPGs, in a positive fashion.
I much prefer a left alone Obsidian and Larian Studios. Bethesda's formula has grown old for me.
Skyrim blew my mind when it released. That game took me to the gaming, promisedland. Going back to it when it was updated for the PS5, it felt slightly rough around the edges, but great for its time
We should leave Obsidian alone. Bethesda on the other hand should be kept under constant psychiatric observation.
Big Bethesda Nintendo Switch eShop sale now live with lowest prices ever for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Doom (2016), and more.
The dragons not giving souls was pre-patch its been happening for me on os3 for the last few days that I've noticed, but now I think about it I don't remember the last time I got one..
What's the point of patches awaiting certification from Microsoft etc when more problems occur.
It all sounds like us skyrim fans become post beta testers for something we've fully paid only to encounter more bugs that we're not getting paid anything back for as game testers. lol.
The infinite loading screen one happened to me way before the patch.
Wow, just wow... I love Skyrim, but this is getting ridiculous... How about getting some people in there who can actually do things right?
leave it to bethesda to not fix things properly despite claiming that they have...
i have only played this game for about 2 hours and i'm not going to continue until these issues are resolved, which may mean that i'll never play this game ever again.
