As The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered takes up 125GB, original designer Bruce Nesmith recalls fitting Skyrim into a tiny file size.
Skyrim is still my favorite ES game. I’m playing through it again right now since I never finished it.
That judicious lack of oversight permeated everything in Bethesda's RPGs, in a positive fashion.
I much prefer a left alone Obsidian and Larian Studios. Bethesda's formula has grown old for me.
Skyrim blew my mind when it released. That game took me to the gaming, promisedland. Going back to it when it was updated for the PS5, it felt slightly rough around the edges, but great for its time
We should leave Obsidian alone. Bethesda on the other hand should be kept under constant psychiatric observation.
Big Bethesda Nintendo Switch eShop sale now live with lowest prices ever for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Doom (2016), and more.
Some major bugs on the PC version are pretty obnoxious. Sort those out and it's definitely up there with the best of all time.
A game so good i don't even care that it will crash on me every 1-2new hours... i wish it didn't but i imagine it will be patched soon.
yeah, i sort of want this now.
cant wait to get the goty edition so i can play this already! to me dark souls and demons souls rank up in best games of all time aswell.
A game with the flaws Skyrim has is nowhere near "one of the best games of all time".
Not that I dislike it or anything, just saying.

Of course, but I doubt that, to be called one of the best games of all time, Skyrim has an excuse to feature its horrid combat system, cringe-worthy use of archaic english, and the technical issues present, all which other games of the same genre don't feature, or have at least tried in noteworthy and exemplary ways.
Regardless, give it a few months before almost nobody remembers Skyrim and the hype train has yet another destination. One of the best games of all time, they say right now- a few months, it'll be another that is.
