Bethesda released Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim this last Friday and for those who have yet to purchase the game, NXUS has compiled a couple videos to sway opinion on which platform may be best suited for you. While it may be obvious that the PC holds the crown with superior visuals and gameplay features through the use of mods, not everyone has a PC capable of running Skyrim on the highest visual settings.
Replaying Skyrim after 13 years is a reminder of the progress made in western RPGs over the last decade, but also what's been lost.
RPGs are often huge, sprawling endeavours. With limited playtime, we have to choose wisely, so here's the best western RPGs available today.

Anyone who made a computer in the last 3-4 years made with the right choices can run it near max settings. If anyone is playing with an older computer then that then they probably arent serious about PC gaming.
A GTX 260 runs the game at high settings 1080p with high settings atleast.
