"Games like New Blood fit the Wii almost perfectly, and even after blowing through two full games during the system's first year we're still asking for more, as there's simply no denying the franchise's motion/IR appeal. We could write volumes on why this game works, but it wouldn't change the simple fact that it just does, so rather than read about the game you'd be better off grabbing a copy (and a friend) and just diving into one of the best pure gameplay experiences Wii has to offer. Trauma Center: New Blood is the best in the series, and a must-have for any Wii owner. Buy it, love it, and then beg for more."
Score: 8.5/10
With the Switch bringing interest back into the realm of motion controls, it seems as good a time as any to dip back into the backlog and retrieve some lucrative nuggets from the one that launched the phenomenon in the first place: the Nintendo Wii.
GB: "No, I don’t mean top ten jobs where you actually make games. We’re focusing solely on the jobs that have appeared in gaming over the years. There are a hell of a lot of them out there, with some being more appealing than others. Join us for a summary of the best jobs to go for if you ever get sucked into a game Tron-style."
No Chorus took a long, hard look at how Busy Scissors is being promoted. Then wrote a snappy hilarious one and put that online instead.
Damnit Wii why do all your great games have to come out in the space of 2 months!!! ARGH!
For anyone who hasn't played these games, it's basically the Guitar Hero of surgery. AKA you play a lot and get ridiculously fast, and then your friends think you're amazing and praise you - but you still could never cut a real person open.
Lots of fun. I'll prolly buy this one eventually.
