VideoGamer - When I reviewed Kinect Sports back in November, I claimed that it was a better sports compendium than Wii Sports, and then gave it 7/10. For this, I've received a steady stream of abuse from my colleagues, but I stand firmly by these comments. Wii Sports might have had a huge impact on the motion gaming landscape - it single-handedly kick-started it, in fact - but it's technically limited and ultimately devoid of skill. Kinect Sports was certainly the better game, but even that had much room for improvement. And that's exactly what we're getting with Season 2.
If you got young kids around the house, you don't want to be playing games like COD or DOOM. These are some kid friendly games you could get to keep your kiddo's entertained.
It’s all about the toys this second day of the Xbox Live Ultimate Game Sale. Gamers will enjoy 50-80% off on select LEGO, Hasbro, and a few casual titles. Think twice if you you’re first reaction is to call the following games lame. They got pretty high scores on Metacritic.
seriously if they had sales like this (steam like) then i seriously would not have had a problem with the DRM
Super PolyPixel - “Whoo! Yeah! Yeah! Whoo!” are the intense words this grandma spouts as she plays Kinect Kickball. She really is quite physically active for an 80-year-old. I thought she might bite it at about 18 seconds in and land hard on that coffee table. Watch the video and see what happens. Whoo! Yeah! – I’m going to be saying that while karate chopping everything today.
It's great that people of all ages can play games suited to them. However, I found myself very concerned for her health..
This is who MS abandoned us hardcore gamers for. Take a long hard look at this and think about it.
