Why? They said the same thing about ME2 and look how that turned out. It's Bioware that need to STFU until they deliver.

Casey Hudson is coming off like a snake oil salesman. When that happens it is bad for the company and it's products.

Between ME2 and DA2 they have shown themselves to be a company that sacrifices RPG mechanics in order to cater to the "look at the purty lights" crowd. They have something to prove with ME3 and blah blah blahing about it after having made so many previous mistakes sounds bad.

nothing to do with hate my friend. It's a plain & simple fact that ME2 is NOT an RPG as everyone well knows. The reason for the discontent was that ME1 WAS an RPG so fans were naturally expecting ME2 to be an RPG and Bioware marketed it as an RPG when it clearly wasn't.

Hopefully ME3 will be an RPG and we'll all be delighted.

I've already believed it after seeing that amazing gameplay footage of ME3.

Mass Effect has always been great, well, ME1 has some slight issues with the frame rate, etc but other than that good series :)

I'm very excited for ME3. I thought the gunplay was superior in ME2 than the original, although I wasn't a fan of the equipment/character customization. I hope they struck a good balance between a wide range of customization choice and not overwhelming the player with too much choice.

i know i know, DA2 was rushed that's way it wasn't that good but that doesn't mean they don't have a chance of screwing this up by not learning what not to do, but to be totally honest I'm not really worried, i have faith that they will deliver a great game.

Mass Effect was an RPG first, and a shooter second. Mass Effect 2 was a shooter first, and an RPG second. It looks like Mass Effect 3 will be a prefect combination of both gameplay elements. Basically Mass Effect 3 is going to be awesome.

I am a ps3 owner so I have only beaten ME2.

The other day I got ME1 for the pc and I'm playing it on medium settings. I would suggest anyone who has the same problem to do the same.

I still get surprised by how thorough and amazingly detailed this 'universe' is.

(the controls WILL take some getting used to. but the story is more than worth the trouble)

I am really looking forward to finishing this one(21 hours in) and playing through 2 again before the third comes out...

I'm currently playing Mass Effect 2 & the story is just genius (take note GG). The characters & back history (which I really like) is excellent. Would like more fluid animations, but never the less this game & news is all GOOD ; )

The way u customize your weapon is a better way to do so than ME1, its a very clever way to bring that element back...can't wait for this game
