10 Games You Would Be Shocked I Haven't Played

Gaming Irresponsibly's Josh Knowles writes: While perusing the used titles at my local game store, I came across the realization that there are a ton of "Great" games I have never had the opportunity to play (No, demos do not count). Here is my top 10 list of games I haven't played (but need to).

The only one on the reaaly worth playing is bioshock.

He laments not playing the second one too but it wasn't cannon to the story more tacked on for $.

god of war 3 ruined the series in my humble opinion. The first one was great, the second one was ok the third one made me hate the character of krato's who origionally was some what sympathetic. In the end he looked like an angry 3 year old in a tantrum.

Heavy rain was pretty good but I haven't actually finished it. I'm like 80 percent of the way through and just haven't been bothered. I like the style but tha characters are second class and the characters are shoddy.

Alan wake seemed interesting but the game play wasn't what was origionally advertised and I didn't find it creepy at all, except for a part or two which mostly ended up being BOO moments more or less.

Dead space also suffered from being mostly a BOO gam, which doesn't cut it for me. I've had enough of that ages ago, it's not scary it's rather juvanile. Look at me I'm a big gory monster oooh.

Halo resistance and crackdown where all meh in my books though they did have their addictive points. Be it weapons, multiplayer, or whatever. There were too many parts of each that just made them pretty standard as games go. Made to formula.

and I haven't played super mario brothers wii but imagine it's quite a bit of fun while falling prey to the made by numbers, to a recipe, on a formula standard games.

I know thats really all most people want but after playing games for most of my life I get tired of things I've seen before or played various versions of in the past. If I wanted to play the same old game I'd just go back and play the same old game.
I guess if you want the same old crap with better graphics then have at er.

I haven't gotten any yet but I'm sure with this post I might as well be collecting disagrees I'll get so many. lol

A borderline serial killer that likes to hump almost anything with a vagina and kill people/Gods/Demigods/creatures . This is Kratos when he isn't pissed off. Then Ares has to go and trick Kratos into killing his own wife and child. Zeus then has to go and kill Kratos. The last thing that Kratos needed to be given is a reason to go around humping and killing stuff.

Except for Dead Space 1 and gears of war 2 (replace that with gears of war 1) I'm the same way. Oddly, I've played Bioshock 2 instead of 1 even though 2 was supposed to be crap next to 1...

I mean, I play games and all but it's not like that's all I do. If I play all the games available then that's the only thing I would be doing with my time instead of going to my job, hanging out with friends, skiing, biking, hiking, fishing, and hunting.

"Video game media"? No such thing. It's just gamers that know how to start blogs mostly. Some of them are great writers, but very few have been education in journalism studies, ethics, morals, etc. However, I embrace this open form of media, because it gives more people the platform to speak their mind. A magazine is only limited to the one or two people who have the potential to write, often dictated by geographic location: if they don't live there, they can't work there *derp* No one is holding a gun to your head to read this. The internet gives power to the little man. It gives the little man a voice. Embrace, don't disgrace.

Doesn't really matter, honestly. I've played some of those, but nothing that can be considered "played". I own Heavy Rain and beat NSMB Wii with my friends. The closest thing I got to playing any of those games were probably at a relative's house or a demo. Though tbh, I'm a RPG gamer that's why haha

Unless one of these games sold 50 million copies by itself, it is quite likely that alot of people haven't played these games that like to game.

My brother gave me his ps3 a few weeks ago and so I just picked up a copy of GoW 3.

It is such a brutally awesome game. My favorite hack and slash ever now.
