FromSoftware's upcoming Nintendo exclusive The Duskbloods looks decidedly Bloodborne-like, proving the iconic PS4 game doesn't need a sequel.
There may be an important link between The Duskbloods’ time-hopping gameplay loop and a fan-favorite piece of Dark Souls’ lore.
Since FromSoftware owns the Duskbloods IP and not Nintendo, the possibility of a PC port is higher than that of Bloodborne.
Since they own the IP I think it will come to PC and Playstation since PlayStation owns stocks in their company anyway
Sony helped them not be acquired by someone else
“Pc release is possible unlike Bloodborne?”
Ok that’s fine then. But why did I finish Bloodborne at 120fps on my PC last week if it isn’t possible?
PC should've also been day one considering the success of elden ring. Huge amount of sales.
I am not sure how much explicit than 'Exlusively available on Nintendo Switch 2" the language needs to be. Seems to be a good dollop of wishful thinking going on.
The Duskbloods was planned for release on the Nintendo Switch before moving to Switch 2, according to director Hidetaka Miyazaki.
"The concept itself was different from anything FromSoftware had done before"
Maybe when more info is released this game will get alot more attention. Right now I'm not seeing much revolt from other players wanting this to be multiplat. I bet that will change...
No, what it needs is 3D Dot Game Heroes, or Tenchu... Anything other than yet another Souls style game. They're a one-trick pony now. As much as I love Souls games and Elden Ring. It's sad to see them fall into a one-game studio when they have other IP's they're just sitting on.
Proving?
Not it isn't. It's a multiplayer spin-off, not a Bloodborne sequel. There's definitely demand for a proper Bloodborne sequel.
A miyazaki fan will be excited for any game miyazaki is in charge of creating.
Blasphemous words!
