"Sony has stated today that PSN may not be back online until May 31.."
I haven't heard Sony state that, nor do I care to look it up, but yeah.
Which he also stated they said that "even then is "uncertain."" Ugh!

Wow. That would suck if it's true. I was going to re up my DC Universe online sub but I really don't feel like dealing with the hassle if something like this happened again. It sucks because DC is a pretty sweet game. Who would've thought that one day we would be sucking because of some hackers. Kinda crazy when you think about it.

Based on what I have heard on several recent podcasts, the game isn't going to be as spectacular as I was hoping it to be. It'll be a shame if it's true; I was looking forward to the blend of parkour, customization, and a class based shooter.

I don't care if PSN isn't up by the time this game comes out, it leaves me alot of time to level up and get my character to look the way I want him to look (Seeing how their is no females).

I heard this before....but you can't say a game isn't good and then give no sources.
And if you have first hand play time and day this sh^t....you need to give details.

I think personally, this game will be polarizing. If you are a cod style player, this type of team based objectives only style game play ( K/D ratio is not shown in the after game stats) - it's a bit jarring. And since COD has soooo many gamers into the twitch lonewolf gameplay, I'll bet this game will feel that reflected in comments, sales & reviews.

But I'm ready! Got it paid off months ago.
AI is supposed to be very good according to the dev episodes (YouTube). So I'll play it while waiting for psn.

Looks a bit better (graphically) than MAG.. except the animations, that is... and the environments are more constrained, which is good and bad. I have high hopes that the gameplay will be decent, but MAG will be tough to beat as (my personal) top choice for MP shooters this gen.

We'll see in not too long. I'm a little upset that there hasn't been an open beta. I'm a little wary of its quality, given that, and the fact that its MP-only. Who does a MP-only game without a beta?

It has a single player campaign, that can have friends join your game..

I do know my facts. The SP campaign basically consists of botmatches that can transform into MP at any time -- or at least that's how the devs make it sound in all the interviews. I wouldn't qualify it as a replacement for a real story driven campaign, and neither will a lot of people.

It basically has no campaign, any more than any MP game with bots has had for the past decade. Bots do not make a story. It has a *backstory*, which is far from being an actual plotline. MAG has a backstory too. Is your only qualification for stating the game "has SP" is that it has bots?

The phrase "tacked on" seems pretty relevant here.

can't wait to have money to buy this , it will make me busy for a week at least , when i buy a new game i only play it for one day , finish it in the first day and even play the online alot , but this gameplay is amazing but they could have made it better if it was like mirror edge , it look arcady in this graphics but still amazing..
