I highly doubt BF3 will look as good as the PC version..But none less it will be visually impressive for a multiplatform game. And you can't really compare the graphics between Bf3 and Uncharted 3 because they have different art styles..BF3 goes for the more realistic look where as Uncharted goes for the more animation look like a pixar movie...However in the end of the day Uncharted 3 will be more pretty to look at and will be the benchmark for graphics on consoles just like it's predecessor was :D

A PS3 comes with everything, already built. Now, if you build a new PC.

Again, if from scratch, you need a mouse and keyboard; a monitor.
You need to buy a DVD drive, to run the game. Need to buy a harddrive.

Are u nuts... Even if the colored pallet of crysis 2 seems more better looking to you, KZ3 maintains a steady 30FPS whereas the avg FPS of Crysis is 26-27 FPS... Hell at times when the action picks up the FPS drops below 15 which is abysmal since KZ3 with much larger battles can hold it at a nifty 30FPS...

There is a reason First Party on PS3 is deemed as best. There are somethings that can be pulled only on the PS3 and faster physics calculation really helps in maintaining the frame rate for such games.

Not everyone is going to have a high end pc like Dice has. We haven't even seen Battlefield on consoles yet not only that but BF3 is a multiplat and Uncharted is a triple AAA exclusive that takes full advantage of the PS3 hardware, BF3 on PS3 can only go as far as the Xbox 360 can push it since Dice clearly said that both 360 & PS3 versions will be identacle. Pretty interesting since BF3 will be pushing the 360 to it's limit and if it turns out not to be as visually stunning as Sony first party games then it would mean that the 360 was inferior to the PS3 afterall.

For those who are totally unaware (which is funny since you gamers read live here) DICE are using the PS3 in exactly the same way first party devs like ND are using it, which is to fully utilise every SPU available in the PS3 and from what I know even GG doesn't use every available SPU.

Overall BF3 will look similar to the PC version and if that's the case then it already beats UC3 10x's over, and if you look deeper the PC version of BF3 will destroy UC3 completely. The game has flippin Radiosity and animations that far surpass UC3. You say things like "maybe the PC version but not the console version" as if the console version will look completely different.

As I said said OVERALL both versions will look the same but the PC versions will obviously look better in certain ways.

DICe are utilising the best of both consoles and they're doing more with the PS3's SPU's than first party devs are doing. You automatically assume that because the 360's involved the game will like crap. Have you seen GeOW3? it's MP currently looks better than what I've seen form UC3's MP.

Its like the wiring in your home, it can theoretically handle more than 20 amps but its not safe for it to handle it. think about it like this if a game were to utilise the consoles to their max power, they would die fairly quickly, or reset during gameplay.(due to the parts heating up from all the stress)

So my brother and I were talking about Bad Company 2 onto Battlefield 3. Sure it's a huge jump but how big was the jump from Uncharted to Uncharted 2? Given the fact that it's more of a console game I'm pretty sure that Uncharted takes the cake.

Now I'm not trying to make fun of Battlefield 3 but I mean honestly, to this day I will choose Uncharted over any other title out there as of this moment.

Right now I think the only reason that people want to believe that Battlefield will beat Uncharted is because of the Frostbite 2 engine nothing more. Yeah this is silly kz3 and uncharted dont have any real playable draw distance. Battlefield has huge maps, lots of vehicles, 64 players, And you can destroy everything on the map and still have great graphics. This is a silly match up consoles just dont have the ram to compete with the crazy draw distance pc games have. After you look so far out on a console game the game gets covered in fog or its blurred out because consoles cant render that far out without taking a major hit to the detail of objects up close to the player.
