While Prototype and inFamous came out on market in less then 20 days difference, inFamous 2 is going to be released, more then 6 months earlier comparing to Prototype 2 release date. Although main character of Prototype, Alex Mercer was a kick ass comparing to Cole MacGrath a year ago, nowdays the things are abit different.

I enjoyed both of the originals so I will purchase both of the sequels.

ElementX5156d ago

Exactly, there are a lot of people on N4G who believe it's one or the other.

blumatt5156d ago (Edited 5156d ago )

I enjoyed both, but I'm only getting InFamous 2 because of the two original games, Infamous had the better story, and I enjoyed the Karma system from InFamous. Prototype is really enjoyable to just go around and destroy everything, but it gets old kinda fast. However, I do like Prototype's faster movement throughout the city, where you slide alongside the buildings.

Prototype gonna suffer again with comparison

we know what happen last time

Blaze9295156d ago

are we really starting this crap again? Even though both games come out different years?

Well, i think at the moment, inFamous 2 is also my choice ;)

Rage_S905156d ago

this..........isn't even a competition.........

Rainstorm815156d ago

"Versus" Kinda implys that it is a competition.....they could've put "comparison", but that probably wouldnt get as many hits, or it is a competition ....

karl5156d ago

hits? this is like comparing GT5 to forza..

infamous 2 no doubt

theafroman5156d ago

Infamous 2 2011. Prototype 2 2012. Ok it does't matter which one is better, their launch window are miles apart. KK. :)

Bullshido5156d ago

Well yea but still the upgrade on inFamous 2 is fascinating ;)

claterz5156d ago

Infamous 2 for me, I would've bought it anyway but now that I know it has an early access code for UC3 beta it's a definite day one buy!

While i appreciate the gesture.... all of these retro classics have been made available everywhere else. I am hoping to see some other Activision properties make their way out of the shackles of the 5th, 6th and 7th gen. Licensing be damned... bring back the Transformers Cybertron games.

P_Bomb10d ago

Love the Cybertron games! TF games have been shit lately. Would love to see that era revisited. I even did the multiplayer!

MrBaskerville9d ago

Is the retro classics for all consoles?

Obscure_Observer10d ago

Metaphor on Gamepass just announced! O.o

Seriously, this is the best generation of Xbox ever!!!

We can´t catch a freaking break from awesome games arriving all the time!!!

Deathdeliverer10d ago

It’s a HELL of a game. If you like JRPGs in the family of Persona, you will be in heaven… that is until you hear the various battle music…. then you’ll be somewhere BEYOND heaven!

Just finished Clair Obscur. This should be fun.
