Dead Island took the gaming world by storm when it was re-revealed with a truly amazing trailer that showed an entirely new take on the zombie genre. To find out about the game, what they thought of people’s reaction to the trailer and if the zombie genre could become overcrowded, PlayStation LifeStyle chatted to Aubrey Norris, Manager of Marketing & PR, Deep Silver, Inc.
According to a LinkedIn post, Bethesda and Xbox Game Studio representatives will meet up with Deep Silver Volition employees.
That's pretty cool, but didn't they just lay of 10k as a whole. Reportedly some from the gaming division even.
Confused in pa.
But of course. Just look at the latest Saint's Row....that is exactly the level of quality and writing that Xbox strives for these days.
There u go. This is way more acceptable than buying up studios. Buy individual talent until you strengthen your already owned studios. 👏🏽
Publisher formerly known as Koch Media will merge Deep Silver, Prime Matter and Ravenscourt under single brand.
We might be in the age of remasters, but it doesn't look like the Dead Island 2 devs believe remaking the original game is the right move for the series.
but remakes require far less effort for these companies and they can still charge $70 for them!
Feel like everyone makes fun of Skyrim re-releasing like 18 times yet applaud these remasters elsewhere. Would much prefer NEW games
Making sequels really is the way to go. Otherwise we'll be stuck playing only the first entry, forever!!!
The hype for this sure died down quickly... Sad too, because the game is awesome.
Just goes to show how fickle the internet community is.
I definitely plan on picking this up when it is finally released. The game looks like a lot of fun.
looks like it'll have a decent length, something we need to see more in campaigns this day and age...
so sick of zombies though... it's beyond me how the rest of the world hasn't gotten "zombie fatigue" yet.
