343 Industries Project Leaked?

If this is real then I can't wait it looks amazing for a title early in progress.

I think it's too obvious that it's fake now that I look at it. This comes out day after those other fake screens, the edges around the foliage and rocks look smoothed out (spot healing tool), background looks like something outta Mass Effect, compass says NO instead of NE (whats up with that?), Sans Serif isn't a text you really see used in video games especially HUD's, crosshair in the triangle doesn't look centered either =\

A third person Halo game does sound awesome though, and reading the post there is a ton of great people working at 343 Industries it seems.

I have doubts. First off this picture randomly came from one person who claimed to found it some where else yet gives no link, not to mention you figure the original source would be exploding all over the net yet...nothing. And for this to come out only a day after another fake...

i prefer an fps, but a tps is fine as well (that way i can always see my distinct character model) but onto the actual screen

the hud looks completely fake (but builds usually dont stay the same all the way through, even reach went from yellow to blue)

despite what looks to be fairly awesome graphics (if real) i really dont want halo games to lose too much of its color...its what i loved about halo that set it apart from the everyday shooters of late

and lastly, that spartans amour isnt exactly something i recognize besides what looks to be a br on his back

Though I don't have much experience in detecting these kinds of things, I've seen many examples before this. It seems as if the rocks are pasted, and edges smoothed out with some sort of tool that blends colors to soften the transition. Or the background could be pasted and smoothed with a tool. Plus, NO instead of NE?

Someone is trying to punk us with these Halo/Bungie leaks.

Who are the random disagreers? It holds promise, but unlike the leaked Halo: Reach pictures from last year, these lack convincing elements entirely. Unless this is leaked pre-production work, for referencing and so on, then, I don't see how this could be legit.

good Photoshop job if it is fake.. If you look at the bottom right hes holding a pistol and if you look down you can see that he is in fact holding a pistol.. Who knows. It will make for a crowded ass Fall 2011 if it is true though.. One thing is for sure tho, PS3 (and possibly the 360) will have a monster software year next year. Im excited.

Are people really that desperate for exclusives? I mean come on theres plenty of games to play on the 360. Next year will be full of Kinect games plus Gears of war 3. Thats enough to satisfy any gamer
