The original Saw game was not received incredibly well by the majority. I reviewed it last year and managed to enjoy it as a fan of the series, I praised its authentic atmosphere, twisted story and good use of sound effects (you can find my review here). Little over a year has gone by and we have a sequel already, released, rather co-incidentally around the spookiest, scariest time of the year, Halloween. So, the question comes to rest, is Saw II: Flesh and Blood a hidden gem or a blatant cash in?
What better time than summer to catch up on all those games you've always wanted to play? Those lazy days of summer are perfect for getting some quality game time in, but no one wants to blow all their ice cream money on just one or two games, so super sales are definitely the best way to go. Today's mega deal is on Saw II.
These kind of deals make me regret ever preordering things. If you have the patience, you can get about everything cheap, and the only things that get hurt are the ones with strong online communities.
I'd rather have my four pints of Guinness thanks very much.
not crazy about the movie, but i love that shawnee smith.

GPT: "2011 is harboring some extremely anticipated AAA titles set to arrive near the end of the year. While the fourth quarter is traditionally when the big sequels and games launch, let's not forget the games which weren't so worthy of sequels. Here are five modern games that should never have become series."
I got inFamous and Prototype when they released a few years ago and enjoyed them both. IMO Prototype was a good game. The graphics were quite poor, but everything else was alright.
Changing the main character that you play though doesn't seem quite right, but if it goes with the story then it has to happen I suppose.
Prototype was a good game and I am replaying it now and its just as fun as I remember. I will easily buy the sequal (as long as they dont break it).
Two Worlds was also a fun(if campy) game, but it needed a LOT of work for a sequel. I hear Two Worlds 2 did a good job but have not played it yet...as the first one was probably funner for me because I bought it cheap. :)
I dont care about the rest of those games.
GameDynamo - "We’re gamers, so there’s a good chance a significant other isn’t even in the picture. However, if you’ve hobbled yourself with a ball and chain, we’ve compiled a list of games that are guaranteed to absolutely kill the mood and make the statement: “Hey, my games matter more than you. Deal with it!”"
Interesting.
I know there have been times where I've totally neglected my girlfriend... and really all she wants is to spend time with me, because she loves me and likes being with me.
Games are great and I currently don't see me changing how I like to enjoy my time, but I will always make time for her, because it's the least I can do for her, seeing how she puts up with my dumb ass.
Mt girlfriend was staying over last weekend and I just got batman.....spent the whole weekend playing that game she was pissed of but meh the game was awesome cant wait till the 2nd one ill just play it when m not with her haha
this is entirely vice versa to me.. my girlfriend plays minecraft.. a game that i find very boring.. (well watching her play that is..)
