Blade Kitten is the tale of Kit Ballard, a cat-human hybrid who is one of the last of her species. Kit is visiting Hollow Wish to track down a bounty by the name of Terra Li when her bounty mission key, a device which stores pertinent information, is stolen and her ship is destroyed by another bounty hunter, or Breaker, named Justice. Ms. Ballard encounters a friend named Skiffy, a floating animal, who becomes an essential partner and is always accompanied by her trademark floating sword.
