Xbox 360 S 4GB Internal Memory PCB Pictures and 4GB (matte) vs 250GB (glossy)

Pictures of the internal memory of the Xbox360 'S' 4GB model have been released where you can see the 4GB memory addon-PCB. Unlike the old 'Arcade' units the memory is no longer located directly on the motherboard, but instead Microsoft uses a small addon-on PCB with a 4GB flash memory unit. Also includes a picture of the Xbox 360 'S' 4GB vs 250GB where you can compare the matte vs glossy finish of the slim 360.

I actual prefer the look of the 4Gb version. O well, it is not like I stare at my 250Gb s anyway.

I like the 250GB with it's chrome accents because it has a look of class and sophistication and matches my Pioneer VSX-1020-k avr, Polk TSI-200 and Bose grey/silver accents. Love the BING sounds when you hit the tray and power buttons. I wonder if the Bing sounds are a clue to Bing on XBL in the future lol. The 360-s is the most quality built console on the market.

I prefer the matte version too.

I guess they could upgrade the internal memory in the future with no changes to the motherboard.

The Matte finish looks like ass next to the gloss black!!!

AlienFodder5355d ago

Agreed. I just bought the 250GB and it looks damn sexy. Plus, it matches the glossy finish of my TV, which is sitting right next to my Xbox. :)

washingmachine5356d ago

wow, that matte finish is ugly, looks like if im gonna take a ms dive, its gotta be the glossy

‘GTA V Gets Pulled from PS Plus as PC Players Continue to Favor Legacy Over Enhanced’

That’s an awful clickbait title. The use of the word ‘as’ means the first statement is the result of the second, when in reality they’re not connected.

Profchaos5h ago

Also the same for red dead redemption 2 and GTA trilogy (albeit they split that into individual games)

Tacoboto4h ago

It just got put back on Game Pass recently too.

GTA V is the pass-around sub title, and it probably doesn't even matter because everyone owns a copy or even two by now.

Trash article and trash website.

Doesn't even mention WHEN it's leaving.

What If... Destiny 2's Gambit Was a Hit?

In a world where Gambit thrived, Destiny 2’s seasons, storylines, and even its endgame might’ve revolved around PvEvP as a core foundation.

Destiny already has the pretty hyper 'raid' fixation and then they added legendary raid dungeons. Hyperfixating in PvEvP wouldn't work as well because you need a lot more than 2% of the userbase to keep that going unlike raids that are propped up by streamers who make running them their whole job. Most players don't play all the raids let alone run them over and over. And most who play PvP don't want structured PvE elements.
