Gamervision: Aliens vs. Predator Review

In 1999, Rebellion released Aliens vs. Predator for the PC, bringing the three-front war to gaming with separate campaigns for each race involved. It was hailed as one of the best games in the genre by many, making the excitement for the developers 2010 return to the series all the more substantial. Nice! Good to see people enjoying it more than Game Informer did.

This game is decent, too bad it won't sell a lot with all these block buster titles coming out in 2010.

I enjoyed the demo, but didn't like it enough to buy it over something like heavy rain, BF:BC2, MAG, 3D Dot Game Heroes, GoW3, Bioshock 2 ect

I expect more scores like this. I mean it's release day and we have 2 reviews available. If history holds true, when they start rolling in they won't be great scores.

Dazel5607d ago

...buy this over any of those games.

Dont really put a lot of thought into review scores, the only part I look for is what content is in the game or the modes offered in multiplayer. I am a big Aliens and Predator fan so I am sure this will be somewhat enjoyable based on that alone. I will need people to play with online for the 6 player trophy so add me up. Put N4G in the comments section of the invite

PSN: NeoBiggs (Yes, I did plat. Demon Souls)
