Bit-Tech: Aliens vs Predator Review

Bit-Tech writes: "Aliens vs Predator is very specific in what it does well and we may as well say right now, up front, that telling a great story isn't one of those things. The follow-up to the Rebellion's earlier AVP game (which is distinguished from the 2010 revival by the fact that Alien is now plural, begging the question why they didn't call it Many Aliens vs Predator) may have afforded itself some space for a new story by resisting the urge to be a direct sequel, but it's space which has gone to waste regardless."

I think this game will be fun for longtime fans of the aliens and predator series. The game is not getting stellar reviews but for what it is I think it will still be somewhat fun. I am a huge fan of the series so I don't care what reviews it gets, I'm still picking this up. The MP demo was hit and miss for me. Running around as the aliens was the best part once I turned on seamless wall running. I could literally run circles around marines and it was good times. The aliens can spot the predators even while cloaked and the predators can spot the aliens well when using that particular viewing mode. I just got owned when I played as the marine so not sure how they are going to hold up, but they are the underdog anyway so I guess it makes sense. The gore of the game is pretty intense but I guess I will have to see how the rest of the game plays out.
