I can't say I have encountered this problem myself but that could be because I am using a quadcore instead of a dualcore. However it is great to see people stepping in where the developers are screwing up (seriously bioware you should be ashamed of yourselves).
I didn't really notice that long of a load time. I'll have to check that out later when I play. Amd X-2 5200 cpu.
This has helped loading times quite a bit, reduced my loading times to about3-5seconds.
I'm using a dual core and I haven't had any problems with load times.
