Monolith sent over a note about their recently announced contest to name the next game in the F.E.A.R. universe. As some of you know, it can't be named F.E.A.R. 2 because Sierra owns the brand, but it remains in the same universe because Monolith and Warner Bros. have the fiction. So, they decided to let the fans decide.

The game was not scary to me

You're obviously bad at becoming immersed in games if you don't find FEAR at least a bit scary. That or you never played the game on high settings (nothing is dark on low lighting) late at night with EAX + good 5.1 speakers or good headphones.

I palyed it at noght, its not scary, Fatal Frame si scary to me thought

If someone has trouble being immersed in a game, it would be the dev's fault (usually), not the player's. The game tried to hard to be scary and it became very predictable (hey, there hasn't been any action for a while, I bet there is a scary part coming up...hey, there it is). And yes, I played the game at night (I try my best to get the full experience out of a game). It just wasn't like everyone said it would be and was rather dull. But that's my opinion.

They lack imagination? All these FEAR contests are starting to make me believe that they are out of ideas. Throw in some german midgets, a half-man-half-iphone and a couple of horses (I don't like horses...) and you have me scared just by the thought of it.

"Little Miss Bloodshine" is awesome, loved that.
But really, it would be really stupid of Sierra makes a game named FEAR2 and then Monolith makes a real sequel with another name.
