1UP writes: "Of course, what makes the Ace Attorney series so good is its writing, and the Japanese version, at least, blends the same amount of humor and intrigue into their latest title. I've no reason to doubt that the English version will be just as good, but for importers who can't wait to get their hands on the game, this latest chapter in the Ace Attorney saga is pretty text heavy and hard to navigate if you aren't extremely Japanese savvy. But, again, if the previous games are any indication, you can expect the same top-notch localization when Investigations comes out early next year".
