For many years, Tecmo has brought us depth and innovation in the action genre. More specifically, they've brought us those things in the hand-to-hand, weapon-to-weapon side of action gaming. Shooters were not a part of the studio's portfolio.
That will change in 2010, the year that Tecmo will release its first third-person shooter: Quantum.
The JBL Quantum 50 and Quantum 800 offer an incredible sound experience that is sure to impress even the most ardent of critics.
Tecmo Koei Europe has today launched the official website for the forthcoming third-person Action game, Quantum Theory. Currently in development for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, Quantum Theory is expected to arrive at European retail this Summer.
E3 is where it's make or break for this game I think. Early alpha stage vids haven't really been impressive but have shown glimmers of potential.
I'm sure well get a much better picture of this game at E3. Hope for gaming sake they can deliver.
This game still alive?
Cut the crap and give me Ninja Gaiden 3 and Fatal Frame 5 already, Tecmo!!
Not only has Tecmo Koei revealed the box art design, which appears to be noticeably darker on the PlayStation 3 version than that of the Xbox 360, but also an official release date for the game. Set to arrive across Europe on March 26th 2010, Quantum Theory casts the player as Syd, a warrior fighting against a mysterious black material known as Erosion for the fate of all mankind. At the heart of this decay is the Living Tower, and Syd must journey to the very top in order to stop Erosion, and save humanity from certain extinction.
you might've had a chance with this game if it was still exclusive to ps3. But who the hell wants to play a multiplat crappier version of gears of war. What a bunch of sell outs..NO THANKS!
"Not only has Tecmo Koei revealed the box art design, which appears to be noticeably darker on the PlayStation 3 version "
You know what this means rite??... Tecmo used Higher quality ink for the PS3 cover, which Obviously makes it the more superior version, Duh!
Lol!... gawd, what a pointless article...
I'm a fan of the first Gears, so I'm rather interested in this game. I'll keep my eye on it as more develops.
