With how slow this is they'll be bidding on a chance to make it for them soon.
Would have been much better surely to announce the competition to be in the game alongside Bethesda making a donation to MAW. This way smacks of choosing the cheapest possible option.
This is just another way to make as much money as possible. I don't like it but they may be setting a precedent with this offer just like they did when they released the horse Armor dlc with the elder scrolls 4.
That launched the multi billion dollar micro transaction industry.
