Cyberpunk 2077 absolutely deserved all the flak it got at launch, and it’s clear to this day CDPR still doesn’t want to take full responsibility for how they misled the public and hung critics out to dry by only giving them the best-functioning version of the game to review when consoles were a disaster.
Files from an alleged canceled expansion for CD Projekt's Cyberpunk 2077, titled The Moon, have leaked online.
Spent so much time having to fix the original game they didn't make it to this.
Cyberpunk 2077 was launched in a sorry state on PC and consoles in the 2020 holiday season. Since then, CD Projekt Red has worked hard to optimize the game for various hardware, including the Ryzen 8000 APUs, and the Steam Deck handheld.
Cyberpunk 2077's lead quest designer tells DualShockers exactly why there's no NG+.
"It’s incredibly difficult to figure out a way where New Game Plus could be done in a way that doesn’t completely break the way the game is constructed,"
Yet in 2020 i had this mode via a mod they are actually saying that your powers can screw up v's infection for those unaware pre the big update so it might not be a thing anymore but if you maxed out v with save editor your character would get sick see johnny all that but still would be in the first part.
Here is a very old vid of mine you can see how it can screw up the game

So they could do it if they did not spend years making a mess of everything then last minute toss a game out half done.
It is a slow day in the video game news room, let's take another jab at Cyberpunk 2077 randomly
That's funny as shit cause the last cyberpunk article about cdpr saying launch wasn't as bad as people say
I said exactly , I hope they aren't trying to rewrite history.
Game is the biggest, shameless steaming pile of main-steam consumer fodder with Keanu sprinkled on top. It's far worse than shit shows like Big Bang Theory TELLING you what they think geek culture is, while not understanding it at all. CDRP's cyberpunk is dildos, weebs, cowboy hats and every freak'n troupe you can muster TOPPED with almost 10 years of development time for a half-ass game in an empty mega-city. Not in the habit of buying fixed uppers, this one WILL NEVER be fixed 2077.
No need to there is a cult of CDOR fans who will defend them regardless. Even now cyberpunk hasn’t been fixed on next generation consoles. Here is another thing everyone praises W3 but seem to overlook the fact how yes it had a Bakr launch then cyberpunk, but even Witcher three needed bunch of patches to make it as good as it is today
As long as I can still call it CyberFlunk, I'm happy.
