Taking a look at some of the best games on the PS4 that may have eluded your notice, from indies to double-A games.
Lost in Random was great. Chorus and Evil West were pretty good, but nothing really special. I really liked No More Heroes 3, but I thought it was the weakest of the mainline series. Haven't played the rest.
My personal pick is a game called Super Cloudbuilt. Though, there's a serious problem, the game has been delisted on both PS4 and XBO. The only way to play it on PS4 now is if your console is hacked, which is unfortunate.
There is a different version of the game called Cloudbuilt available on Steam, but there's some differences between the two. If you have a hacked PS4, and you like fast-paced 3D platformers, do not skip Super Cloudbuilt, the game can get hard, but its so damn satisfying completing every level. Oh, and the soundtrack is marvelous, I listen to it on my PC all the time.

The Wonderful 101 game is amazing.. No more heroes games are very good too.. good list overall
These games are all appropriately rated. I see a high potential for bailing on these games before getting to the end.
CG writes: We put Solei’s action game into VR using Praydog’s UEVR mod for a really neat third-person Wanted: Dead VR game. What’s great is that it just works with no tweaking required, other than perhaps renaming the OpenVR folder if it fails to inject. The experience is great as a gamepad, third-person action game. Due to the nature of the gameplay, you need to be able to see enemies who sneak up behind you, so the third-person view is perfect for this.

Looked quirky but with a dash of jank. I may play it someday but with so many better games to play not sure I’ll get to it.
Seems the person playing didn't know anything about doing the finishing moves. Press Y+B when they are flashing. Like, that's the entire point of the combat. Idiot.
Overhaul is a strong word.
The police break in level still has the worst checkpoint in the game.
The skill tree is empty, I start the level, die by the hands. Of a broken sub-boss and I spawn again 15 minutes back with my skill tree empty again.
That's the exact same thing happening to me lol. I've reached twice where those greater ninjas are even beyond ridiculous than the white ninjas, doing somersaults all over the place. Got just 2 stimpacks left and die at their speed. And yep, starting again having to fill all my skills with that annoying animation for each. Tried 5 times and said, nope. Ain't still happening with this update.
Yeh but that is kinda close to the end of game isn't it? At which point Agent Stone should be cyberninja extraordinaire.
It's not really the difficulty, it's the length. I wouldn't have gotten to this point without fighting difficult fights but having 25 minutes between checkpoints is wrong for a game like this - and the skill tree should save when filled. Even just filling the skill tree saves me 3 or 4 minutes of menu mashing..
rubbish game... a combat action game that doesn't have a lock on system
I've been on the fence about this game since launch. Don't know if this sale is enough to justify the jank but I might just pull the trigger and get it. Evil West is on sale for the same price currently on psn, as well. Decisions, decisions... Lol.
Absolute pants game.
Avoid like the plague.
The dev also came out on Twitter and addressed issues when the game launched and stated they’d put out fixes but have been radio silent ever since (aside from advertising their game and ignoring anyone asking for updates).
Played & beat it already. Has some frustrating moments but fun overall.
I had fun with this game, pleasantly surprised by it, a quirky fun one with plenty of weird mini games to boot, only thing i didnt really like is im not sure what the story is and ive played the whole thing.
