The best difficulty setting to play on is undeniably the Give Me Balance difficulty mode in the game. It is the best setting to play the game on for your first run, even if you’re skilled. Challenging difficulties should always be used while doing subsequent runs in games like God Of War.

Maybe it’s because I sold my Ps5 last year and built a new PC. But ragnarok I finished in 2022 when it released. Don’t have any motivation to replay.
It would have been nice to have a PS plus drop of the ps2 original though I get that
I actually installed it again today to try the latest roguelite DLC. Costumes is a nice addition but def expected something else.

You keep on remastering recent games and yet choose not to for a franchise that's celebrating it's 20 years?
I'm sure a lot of old and new fans would appreciate being able to play the entire saga using their current gen consoles.
Sure but that would require to actually remaster. Not selling the same game from last gen in a new box and call it remaster.
I admit I got a bit swept up in thinking we would get a PS classics drop of the first game on PS plus not a remaster or anything just running under the new ps2 emulator id be.halpy with that or the PSP games that deserve more praise really

There is no one best difficulty for all in any game only the difficulty that suits each individuals playing ability the best.
Exputer must be set to Give Me God of War because this shit is beyond my capacity.
I chose "Give me god of war" on my first playthrough. I hope I will not regret it. XD
