"With four killer courses each named after one of the natural elements; Earth, Air, Fire and Water you're not going to be lacking for changes in scenery.
The Earth Zone is made up of muddy streams, and grass filled roadways where each lap brings deeper groves and a torn up track from all the cars ahead of you. Splashing and mud slinging are a major visual component of this track, covering your screen from time to time adding to the visual distractions you need to deal with. The abundance of water on this course is great for extended speed boosts and driving the large tanker truck is just as much fun as the agile buggy."
Digital Foundry : Evolution Studios' Motorstorm is one of the first, finest and most fondly remembered of launch titles for PlayStation 3. It's a release designed to answer the question posed by each new console generation: what makes a game 'next-gen'? With its robust physics engine and massive tracks, Motorstorm serves up a bold affirmative answer to this question, delivering an experience that could never have existed on prior console hardware. At the same time, the path to release was fraught with challenges that almost serve as a microcosm of the PlayStation 3 release situation itself. It was a success, however, with a trilogy of PS3 releases, plus PSP, Vita and even PS2 off-shoots.
After Driveclub and Onrush, the dev team will now contribute to and assist with the development of the upcoming NFS.
Never really got into it myself I remember getting it with ps3 and being a bit underwhelmed I preferred the RC version they did for vita 🙌🏻🤣

Poor Heavy Rain lol that game was and is a pile. Emulation sounds cool though - Res. Evil 3 and Directors Cut all the way.
So games run at 10 fps and graphical glitches not seen since pcsx2 in 2003,.. I will get there someday.
I love the fact that there are so many vehicles to choose from and the intense of every race is nothing short of AWESOME! I'm around 40% finished and have never been online yet but between Motorstorm and Pure, Motorstorm is indeed on another level of awesomeness! Pure is not bad, but Motorstorm is just overall better!! off-road racing fans, this is something you cannot miss!
Picked this game up at Best Buy this week for $39.00. Very pleased I did much better than the original I got when I got my ps3.
Never been a fan of racing games except for the Burnout series but I just may need to give this one a try
If you like Burnout then you'll probably like Motorstorm. It has that same arcade feel to the controls. Graphics are equally as nice.
Another AAA masterpiece that is only possible on ps3.MotorStorm:Pacific Rift is a beautiful and fun racing game.Great score for a great game.
