From The Loadout: As I drop from the sky, after being let loose out the back of a cargo jet, I find myself landing in the heart of Mexico. The music picks up just as my car’s tires hit the ground and off I go, cruising around the diverse, tropical, and modern open world of Forza Horizon 5. That is the opening of Forza Horizon 5, and it creates an adrenaline rush of energy that the game manages to sustain for many hours past that.
The beautiful and vibrant country of Mexico feels alive in Forza Horizon 5 and the game manages to impress by improving upon the tried and tested formula of Playground Games’ open-world racer while fixing some of the core issues that its predecessor, Forza Horizon 4, suffered from.
Elevate your Forza Horizon 5 experience with updated features on the PlayStation®5 Pro, including advanced ray tracing while driving and so much more. Explore the vibrant and ever-evolving open world landscapes of Mexico with limitless, fun driving action in over 700 of the world’s greatest cars.
I've been playing this on the Pro since launch. It's been perfect. I've never even noticed pop-in. It's just been running perfectly in my opinion.
I've never owned any titles in this series (I'm a PS guy), but I think they just sold me a copy.
Beautiful looking game. This is why console wars are so stupid. Play what you want... Where you want
PlayStation has added a whopping 56 games to its PlayStation Cloud Gaming catalogue.
There are some big titles in the list, including Forza Horizon 5.
And this is right after they removed Resistance 1 & 2! Does anyone realize this?
(I tried to add it as a posting, but it was old news by the time I realized it)
Playstation cloud gaming? Wasn’t that PS Now until it merged with PS plus….
Can someone tell me what’s going on?
I don’t understand cloud gaming. I’ve tried them all. Ps5, Portal, ROG Ally, XB cloud and no matter what I do I just can’t play the games because of the lag and artifacting that breaks immersion.
I have 1gb fiber that was freshly installed as well.
Local remote play works pretty good from PS and XB but strictly streaming the whole game from the cloud has been a mediocre experience for me and definitely not worth the higher cost sub.
It’s time to see which PS5, PS4, PS VR2, and free-to-play games topped the PlayStation Store download charts last month.
April saw a lot of action among the top spots. The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered and Forza Horizon 5 broke into the top three for the U.S. and EU PS5 charts, while Wanderer: The Fragments of Fate dominated the PS VR2 charts across the board.
Xbox reigns supreme at Playstation!
I wonder what was the reaction from Sony´s first party investors to those numbers and what they plan to do next.
I know expedition 33 is up there but it honestly deserves to be #1 on all platform. Game is fantastic
The top 3 games are Microsoft published titles. Looks like they had a good month. I don't follow Minecraft but how can that game be selling so well for over a decade?
I need to check out Wanderer for PSVR2. how come there's almost no marketing for this game?
Days Gone did pretty well considering it only came out on the 25th or 26th of April.
