Returnal - spider man 2 are 1- 2 years console exclusive.

I may be wrong but even though he got the S, i think he is referring to not having to buy another console just to play one game you were interested in.

For example for years people purchased Sony consoles just to play .LB. Now that's it's multiplat you don't have to buy a PS5... especially if you already own another console it's available on.

They're not wrong. Funny thing is Xbox fanboys are very short sighted and dumb with their trolling of PS having smaller output of 1st party. When in reality once Sony gets their rhythm back of regular 1st party releases along side Xbox games then yes there would be no reason for Xbox at all. But Gamepass! Sure if all you want are Xbox games and playing those games on the services. Meanwhile I get to play the next big Sony game one month and the next Xbox game the next.

Personally I'll always have PS and Xbox. To cover both bases of gaming but I would 100% understand why someone would only get a PS console, especially if we're taking next gen.

Couldn't care less. I will always play some games on xbox. The controller, cool features like quick resume and gamepass make it worth it for me. I do have a ps5 and a PC. Since I can play the games I like on ps5 on PC the ps5 is third fiddle for me. Sony. Needs to fix their controller sticks position and battery life.

I use my Xbox controller on PC simply because it connects instantly and flawlessly with every game. If the dualsense did I'd use it in an instant. It's the far better designed controller and it isn't even close with the tech inside it as well. The XB controller has barely changed in nearly 15 years.

I need my Xboxs as my 4 generations of Xbox games are not on the Playstation, but it's good to see more gamers getting this great game. Looking at my 2024 stats my Series X was played twice more than my PS5 & Pro, so I am fine with all of the consoles. I have hundreds of hours into the Series X version so no reason to get it for the Pro, but the more gamers that have access to great games is best for all gamers. Microsoft should put the games on Switch 2 also if possible.

I got a Series X for Forza as well, but then 2 years later finally got a PC which quickly made my Series X useless. Doesn't help with the fact that Forza Horizon locks some events behind multiplayer which I no longer have to pay for.
