Greg @ FG: Terrifying and unnerving, the only drawback to Visage is the lack of polish and odd handling issue. The Finger Guns review.

Grabbing this on PlayStation, but I won't play until the VR patch lands! Been looking forward to this one...

alextdarling1270d ago

Hoping this'll come to next-gen consoles, if so im going to hold out before buying.

SullysCigar1270d ago

Same, I'm kinda hoping that any PS4/XB1 games releasing at the moment will at least have unlocked frame rates and/or dynamic resolutions so that we all can see a proper boost from our new consoles outside of the normal benefits.

Been watching this game for a while it looks good and I love watching the speed runs on it I'll just wait for it to come on sale before I snag it.

They really should give you a 30 day notice on games leaving. At this point you only have a few weeks

They do. But you gotta have something to complain about I guess 🤷

crazyCoconuts603d ago

Please find an article older than a day ago that states, say that The Somnium Files are leaving GamePass and I'll gladly admit my error.

TGGJustin603d ago (Edited 603d ago )

They never give you a 30 day heads up. Games leave the service twice a month; once in the middle and once at the end. You get a two week heads up each time before games leave. So when these games leave at the end of the month you'll find out which games are leaving in the middle of October and have 2 weeks to play them. As of right now no one knows which games those will be.

If you are going to try and say someone is complaining and tell them they're wrong maybe be sure you got your facts straight.

Xristo603d ago

If you have Game Pass, they tell you on the front page which games are leaving soon and the date. Only those who don’t have GP rely on websites for that info.

crazyCoconuts603d ago

So you're saying on the app, these games were announced as leaving at the beginning of September, but still somehow all the websites reporting on the games leaving just started doing so like a day ago. And all the articles reporting the games leaving at the beginning of September left these same games out for some reason. I mean, it's possible but would be really weird

MadLad603d ago

They have their games up for 6 months to a year, or even more than that.

The majority of the people who wanted to play those titles would have already.

I know backlog happens, but still. If you're interested in playing a game, you shouldn't wait even six months and complain you didn't have enough time to play it.

theindiearmy603d ago

They used to. Now half a month seems to be the trend for some reason.

Jericho1337603d ago

2 weeks is enough notice. Plus if you really want to keep playing then buy it.

So your not up to date with the service you pay for since it’s listed on the front page. You would like random 3rd party websites you don’t pay for to write an article for you to remind you and maybe keep writing daily update articles in case you miss it.

Well good for you Phil has rented a car and plane with signs to circle your house daily to remind you. In addition the power company will be adding the service for you shortly.

Slime Rancher
Lemnis gate
Going Under
Subnautica: Below Zero
Dandy Ace
Unsighted
AI: The Somnium Files
Astria Ascending
The Procession to Calvary
Visage

traumadisaster602d ago

The best would be full dates of starting and ending. Fan boys saying that’s not desired. Now most people get their value for the service so it kind of seems worthwhile to put up with 2 to 4 weeks but certainly it’s not desirable.

I agree with most of these although I’d change the order they’re in.

Rocosaurus688d ago

Dead Space 2 is the obvious nr 1 for me.

MadLad688d ago

Visage is excellent and any horror fan should give it a shot.
Some of these aren't exactly horror games. Prey, though tense with some horror elements, shouldn't keep anyone over the age of 10 up at night. And Carrion is a straight up power fantasy.

This article would have been a lot stronger if Outlast 2 and Resident Evil 7 were still in the roster. Two of the best horror games of the last decade, as far as I am concerned.
