That's great and all, but getting your hands on one of these graphics cards seems to be a bit tough atm.

It does as they have not announced when pre-orders will start for the 6000 series.

AMD is killing this gen, both CPU and GPU.

They certainly have, I have AMD CPU (1600x) and I am seriously thinking about going back to them for GPU.

I may cancel my 3080 (I managed to pre-order on day 1 but still mine has an eta of 20th Nov) to try and get one of these, if they are more available. Fingers crossed we both get lucky.
