From PSU: "Developed by Robot Gentleman, 60 Seconds! looks to take light of nuclear fallout. Satire does well on its own, but there is always more to a game than just its intentions. Does it have what it takes to make a good laugh in the face of danger? That success depends on how well a mobile game translates out of the portable format and onto a bigger platform like PlayStation 4."
WTMG's Heidi Hawes: "60 Seconds! is a game that feels underdeveloped. There are some good ideas in here, but the game controls during the sixty second supply blitz are incredibly frustrating. Things get better once you get into the bomb shelter, but since everything is presented to you through a journal, you won’t feel as invested after a while. I would have liked to have been able to see what goes on during the missions your family embarks on when on the surface, instead of just reading about the outcome. The humor is great and there are always new scenarios and challenges to face, so every playthrough feels different. I would recommend playing it either on a mobile device or the Switch, since it’s best enjoyed in short bursts."
Neil writes: "For years the gaming world has been obsessed with the post-apocalyptic. The likes of Fallout and State of Decay show those worlds to full effect. But what if you had to put up with the apocalypse as an everyday family man; a responsible citizen just looking out for his family? In 60 Seconds! on Xbox One and PS4, that's exactly what you'll be left coping with - and as the title implies, your time will be limited in order for survival to unfold."
James writes: "60 Seconds! is an interesting beast. What’s important isn’t really the story or gameplay, but how those things show themselves. Little interactions of gameplay and narrative are what make this game fascinating."
