None. Nada. Zero. I'm a traditional gamer.

I buy games. Even if I sometimes wait for a sale. No interest in subscriptions. Why would I want to be locked into paying monthly for a service when that can go to buying the very games I'm interested in?

More of a modern gamer myself. I hate the clutter of the physical media. I prefer all of my stuff stored digitally so that i can access it anywhere. With 4 kids it's a convenience thing. I will say that gamepass has caused me to reduce my gamefly subscription from 4 to 1 disc a month. Subcription services are ideal For a lot of people but not for everyone. That's why they are just optional.

Entirely different thing. Saving space has nothing to do with this.

A Digital purchase not tied to an internet connection that is downloaded is owned. That's not a service.

With services, you own nothing. The value is nothing. You need an internet connection. Sorry. I'm not so easily duped by marketing and influencers.

A physical game can be traded in for credit, sold to another or lent to a friend. A system full of downloaded games not tied to an internet connection can be sold to another or lent to a friend. There's no DRM.

Internet required streaming services can't be traded in for credit. You can't sell a streaming service to another. You don't own the games and you can't lend your account to a friend. It doesn't work that way.

Gamers like me warned gamers like you about paying for online and it eventually effecting us all because of Microsoft. We warned you about micro transactions and horse armor. Now MTs are everywhere and are the only way to offset putting games in a service. If you buy MTs, you are now locked in but still don't own the game. Microsoft pushed this because content didn't fit on a DVD and they sold the idea to 3rd parties that wanted to make a quick buck. But all that content would have fit on a Blu-ray without additional cost. Through play, I unlocked items and used codes built in by devs to give more value. You'd rather buy those things separately at a cost. That worries the rest of us becoming standard like other nonsense.

I'm now warning you about services becoming standard. You've been warned. Don't be fooled.

None, I'd rather own my games, physically if possible.

None. I dont need any. Only if i didnt work. I play two mp games and a SP game in the middle, when something good comes i buy it. Even so is hard. Got something like 2 or 3 hours to play daily. Do i need 200 games? 600? This isnt nextflix, where in a couple of hours ive seen a season of something or a movie.

I subscribe to both the Origin and Xbox services for PC. I love that I can get the Ultimate Editions for the EA sports games, Battlefield etc. Considering it costs $90.00 to purchase the Ultimate Edition of Madden 20 and $90.00 Fifa 20 for PC, subscribing was a no-brainer. It's not like I am going to play Madden 20 3 years from now so I would rather subscribe.
