SwitchedOn Gamer writes: Check out our wishlist for the next entry in the Splinter Cell series. What could Sam Fisher's return to espionage action look like?
Join Paul, Matto and Damo from Player 2 as they discuss the games that they believe are in desperate need for a sequel.
AusGamers "Leading up to every E3 conference we expect to walk away surprised, blown-away, and for some reason get an update on each and every game that we’re currently hyped for. Of course that isn’t the case, except for the blown away part, and often what’s announced one year disappears the next. Sometimes, never to be seen or heard from again. With E3 2018 wrapping up we’ve decided to take a look at some of the big games and other things that we either hoped to have seen, pretty much expected to be there, or learned a little bit more about. But didn’t."
Time for a pika at what’s to come? Pause Resume considers what's left for E3 to surprise us with.
Doubt we'll ever get another Splinter Cell game.
1. For it to exist.
2. For it to be offline SP. No MT, no GAAS.
3. For it to have stealth focus with options for how the player wants to play.
You would have the interest of literally all Splinter Cell fans by just following those three things then making good game. Its not rocket science...
I mean I understand cost of living in big cities especially where many of these devs are is high, and the cost to make games now is higher than ever before. But I don't believe for a second a SP Splinter Cell with a reasonable budget without MT or extra monetization can't net a decent little profit for Ubi.
