SXO: Out Run, the racer where it all began for me. The game which fueled not only my love of cars but racing games too. I have fond memories of failing to reach checkpoint after checkpoint and after playing the Nintendo Switch rerelease, I have to say not much has changed in that respect.
Man, when the re-releases hit for Xbox 360 I put in easily 40-50 hours of Arcade mode
Outrun online arcade on 360 is just a stripped down version of outrun 2006 coast to coast on xbox, which that is a slightly modified version of outrun 2 SP on ps2 which that is a sequel to outrun 2 on xbox.
This game... is a remake of the original so it isnt anything like outrun 2 and up. in fact this is the same version that was released on the 3ds a couple years ago.
I really enjoyed this on PSP. Sadly, the re-release on XBLA had less content than the PSP version.
I wish they used better overlays.
