they forcefully made me buy g2a shield, whenever you buy something it is automatically selected and included in the purchase, there is just a tiny box that can go unnoticed by many.
for safety purposes i bought the item through paypal.
but every month my card got debited with few dollars. so i replaced the card with a new one but the problem remained. i knew it was g2a but i purchased as a guest so i was unable to disable it.
then i went on paypal and g2a shield was under subscriptions.
it was so irritating i bought a 5$ item and paid 2 to 4 dollars every month a full fuckin year for a useless shield.
i recommend users to stay away. most of the keys are carded or stolen from in box gifts.

But they do give you the total price. It adds a couple dollars on to the final price so it should be noticed pretty easily.

While still scummy, the title is misleading. This isn't for people who have an account on the website but for people who have used G2A Pay, their form of payment service. G2A Pay is more like Paypal.

The same will occur if you allow a credit card , bank account , debit card or credit union & don't use them , it's known as a period of inactivity fee / penalty

It depends on the card. The difference is that you get billed, so you can see right away what's happening, and you can then easily cancel the card, or put it into rotation with other cards. If you get a credit card for free, it's because they charge payees a percentage of the overall transactions. If you don't use the card, the credit company isn't making any money, so they may charge you a minimum monthly fee.

Paid my credit cards off & closed the accounts so no worries there. The interest on most credit cards is so high it's pathetic how many of them have such high annual fees , charge you for paying your card off & so many other fees that I could write a letter just giving a list of fees they charge. Credit card companies have such high interest levels & so many fees most people will never be able to pay off a single card.
