The PS3 has amassed a great selection of games, yet there are some that have gone a little underappreciated. Here are ten games that you should go back and check out, if you haven't already.

I wish Sony would do another All Stars game, honestly... so many great iconic characters that need a stage! I did enjoy the original despite the ommissions.

i wanted the game to succeed but it was just out of touch. If sony wanted to make a super smash bros clone than make a super smash bro clone.

That's close enough to what they did. Would probably be better off going 3d and avoiding the stigma from smash altogether.

@G3ng4r 3d would be horrible for this type of game. They just need to make it 95% similar playing style to smash brothers. From the percentage increase when taking damage, to kicking people of the stage

Okay, so say they make a new all-stars that is nearly 1-1 with smash only with less popular characters, bland stages with grey and brown color palettes and less polished mechanics unbefitting of evo. It would have to work out at least as well as the first game right?
Or if you're a smash fan you could just buy a switch.

Great games there. I would have replaced lollipop chainsaw with shadows of the Damned. I enjoyed SOTD more than lollipop.

Vanquish was alright, I have most of these on my ps3. A lot of mp online shooter players out there have no idea what they missed out on with Socom Confrontation. Games are all about flashy hit markers and gadgets, Confrontation was about communication, skill, and tactics to go with excellent map design. Sadly it was ruined by cheaters in the end.

And for those who missed that missed out when Socom was at it's finest in all of online shooters back with Socom 2, 3, Combined Assault on ps2.

Lollipop chainsaw was stupid fun. It was ridiculous and pervy and the soundtrack was great for it. Some of the lvls were well done as well. Definitely can see why people skipped it tho... XD

Great list. Good to see The Darkness get some credit. It's one of my favorite franchises of last gen. Heavenly Sword was great as well. I still hope that Sony brings it back at some point even though it's unlikely. I always wanted to play Eternal Sonata but due to having a huge backlog fr the most part of the generation I never actually managed to have enough time for it.

I'd definitely like to give a shoutout to Folklore as well. It was a really unique game and had a great atmosphere.

3D dot heros & vanquish were really good.. Never tried darkness or sam & max. The others were decent but i didnt care for them much.. I even gave some multiple chances like heavenly sword & FF 13-2.. Just weren't for me
