Despite its shortcomings, Railway Empire is still a very fun experience on console with many ways to play the game. From managing your own railway networks to buying and investing in other businesses, Gaming Minds, without putting in too much detail have put together a good-looking title that does many things right and pays homage to the railway tycoon games of old.
