Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age shipments and digital sales top one million

Total worldwide shipments and digital sales for Final Fantasy XII: The Zodiac Age have exceeded one million units, Square Enix announced. The PlayStation 4 remaster was released in July, and introduced a multitude of modern advancements including remastered HD graphics, soundtrack, a revamped battle system, and more.

I'd also like for Square Enix to tell us how much KH2.8 & KH1.5 + 2.5 have sold thus far as well.

I want the gang back again with more focus on sky pirates and Balthier/Fran. I am really happy this game is successful. Its one of the most underappreciated FF titles out there.

Honestly, I would love vaan back. He is not so bad. And more party members that are not just humans. What's awesome about FFXII is that it has a lot of races so having a party member from each race would be cool.

There is so much potential from the world of Ivalice and I hope Square see it.

Its great and I loved it back in the day but I never went past after getting to Balfonheim Port back when I played it on BC on my PS3 in 2007.
And my god, I didn't miss much. Completed the game finally there a month ago and it just completely trails off after that point of the game with incredibly boring, dark, misty and tight corridor locations.

FFXII already had a sequel exactly a decade ago. It's called Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings and it had Vaan, Penelo, Balthier, Fran, Ashe, & Bashe as playable characters in that title.

Besides that Vaan & Penelo have also appeared in another later game in the Ivalice Alliance called Final Fantasy Tactics A2: Grimoire of the Rift. In that game he actually wears a shirt.

Final Fantasy XII is my absolute favourite in the entire series, and it deserves all the possible success. This, hopefully, is enough to convince them to make a full on sequel for home consoles, all in that amazing world.

I'm ready to throw my money at them again for this. Single player games, forever!

The redone music was amazing too. Never have I heard a re-orchestrated soundtrack to one of these remasters that nailed just about every single tune and made them better. This was not the case with the FFX or Kingdom Hearts remasters.

Oh man, I'm still bitter about FFX's "remastered" soundtrack. It was music to my ears (pardon the pun) when FFXII's turned out so well in comparison.
