Forza 7 on Windows PC should "reach about twice as many PCs" as Forza Horizon 3

Seems they’re really pushing the optimisation. Believe they quoted (targeted) a GTX1080 for 4k 60fps so sounds like both the high and low end are getting some love.

Sounds good to me. For me nothing comes close to the online side of Forza and having pc players on-board to only makes it even better.

They would make more if they released it on steam,they know this but... props for them for at least bringing the franchise over to pc

This windows store push for xbox and PC can be huge for Microsoft if they come out with more quality games, because Sony doesn't have that extra tier to make their games even more mainstream. For example Gran Turismo will sell really well maybe 6-10 million copies, however if it were on PC as well it would probably sell 9-13 million. That's where Microsoft is headed if only they can have good games on the platform.

True, but it will take time. PC gamers like Steam a lot better than any other PC store.The problem is Steam will take 30% of those royalties but if they can get a lot more people then it might make more sense to them. It's a balance.

Of course all things take time, I mean, this can be a great thing for Windows Store if they implement better sales or can match Steam. even just getting 20% royalties instead could be incentive for developers/publishers. We will see, but this will definitely make the xbox exclusive games market grow because now they are Microsoft Exclusive games.

The fact that ill be able to use Play Anywhere to play this game on my Surface Pro with Iris Plus integrated graphics is amazing! 720p at 30FPS will be totally acceptable for on the go use. Being able to play on even low-end PCs allows millions more to enjoy it. Great job Turn10.

I wouldn't get too excited about running on a tablet until you can test it out for yourself. FH3 was a mess as far as optimization when it first released.

I'm basing those numbers directly off of what I currently get out of FM6:Apex on my device right now. Apex runs very well and it looks as if Turn10 learned a lot since then and applied it to 7. FH3 is open world and had its own set of issues on the high-end of the spectrum when it released, but that has since been worked out. On the lower end, FH3 wasn't really a problem, although it would really work on a device like mine. But, with this game, it's going to be awesome to work on car liveries or get in a few races out in about on the go.
