Call of Duty WWII PS4 vs PS4 Pro Graphics Comparison

Call of Duty WWII Private Beta has already begun so it’s time look into it closely.

Improved resolution goes a long way on larger displays, so those graphics look more crisp.

Some games are improved resolution. Some games are improved visual settings. Some games like battlefield 1 and Nier Automata are a mix of both improved resolution and improved visual settings so it's entirely up to how the developer chooses to utilize the pro's extra GPU resources, actually.

Yes but those games are 1080p on Pro, they may have more effects and settings turned up. However this is a give and take, which is decided my devs.

Both visual settings and resolution is the same thing, and one does not qualify for 'better graphics'.

dont even bother ..i play the beta enough.my opinion is that graphics are worst than bf1 and it will be far from star wars battlefront 2...as for the gameplay i will say that if y have play the mw series then there is nothing new here or better.in fact the mechanics r worst than mw and the matchmaking/connection is crap like advanced warfare.now some may say its beta.ok if i compare it with the bf1 beta back in 2016 again its worst in all sectors.infinity ward which is todays respawn studios is far better from crappy sledgehammer period

I sold my original ps4 recently and bought a pro, at first I was hesitant because I cannot see a difference when watching these youtube comparison videos.

but after trying it out on my 4k TV, even though the resolution of games is not true 4k, games looks noticeably smoother compared to base ps4.

Yes I have a Pro as well and games absolutely look better on my 4k tv as well. What I was getting at is the YouTube video is only available in 1080p and so there is no way to see much difference if any at all.

They have not and will not show the X version yet. But the X will get whatever the PC gets. If they all get the same version then parity is possibly at work. But we shall see.

@Rude-ro: Games disk from X1 wouldn't have the 4K assets. They will be automatically downloaded to the X from the cloud when you insert the disk.

I upgraded my PS4 with a PS4 Pro and I can honestly say it was worth it! I played Horizon on both consoles and there is a tremendous difference in graphics. Characters and environment look so realistic its ridiculous!

Just like with xbone x comparison videos the improvements are slightly improved sharpness in some areas and just like the xbone x the Pro isn't worth the upgrade. We wont see real tangible improvements until PS5.

difference between ps4 to pro is good but difference between xbox to x is day and night that's why in my humble opinion it's not a mid gen upgrade but a whole gen forward. and good lucky expecting games like tehse to look better on X when they have marketing deals with sony/ps4

that's why destiny will look and play the same and that's the same thing with WW2. ps4's install base is twice the size p,lus than some and you can't expect publishers to cater to 2 million X owners compared to 65-70 million ps4 owners and if you do than you need to understand business

I haven't been this excited for a COD game in a while. The game actually looks pretty damn impressive on both. There are definitely some color and sharpness advantages on the PRO, but nothing too crazy actually. Looks like Sledgehammer didn't do anything specific in that area.

And this is the problem of ps4 pro, no difference vs standard ps4. Pro have only higher res! Thats why i pre-order xbox one X on microsoft console we see graphic and resolution differences!!!

After playing the Private Beta for the weekend on my PS4 Pro - It looks crisp and clean. I don't really associate Call of Duty games with superb graphics. The frame rates are solid and that's all the series really needs to do.

The rez is higher and the graphics are more crisp! Its easy to see in motion. You dont need to stop the vídeo the see the diference, like other comparison.
