Why do people always assume large breast are fake. You may know more about her than I do but I didn't instantly think they weren't real. I've known women with very large natural breast and two of them got reductions because their size coupled with their size did a number on their backs. One first started looking at surgery when she was 16 because she was a size 4 with 44DDs. And seemingly still growing. So unless you know don't assume fake. The fake ones are modeled after something.
