As premiere date of PS4 version of Jak and Daxter series hasn't been confirmed yet, we can expect that it's gonna be released quite soon, as download code for The Precursor Legacy is being added to preorders of Uncharted The Lost Legacy. Now, being that said and having in mind that PS4 is to receive more like PS2 emulated games let's have a look how much of a difference would be between HD Remake from PS3 and the current-gen iteration.

In regards to cancelling twisted metal game, when they push ahead with series 2 of the tv show, surely she show is meant to promote the game, where the real profits can be made.

I wasn't aware that ND said they'd never do it...
I know they said it would difficult for them to go back to it after doing super high fidelity, gritty, realistic stuff like Last of Us but I didn't think they'd ruled it out completely.
They didn't say never, but was basically what they said. They actually tried making a new Jak, but what they were making was straying far from it's roots so they canned it. They're just in a different mindset when it comes to developing games compared to when they made Jak.
Seeing jak&d left in the past like that really makes me appreciate nintendo even more for atleast keeping mario, zelda, metroid, and others around while making em still feel fresh, Playstation should have another gem besides astroboy and ratchet&clank

Textures have improved and so has lighting.
Apparently the remaster from last gen had problems with trying to do the shading stuff that ND did in the Jak series. Also the music in 2 was always broken for me missing a lot of the instruments PS2 sound chip soundtrack.

I wouldn't mind playing Jak and Daxter again. It really is a nice platforming game.
How about making Up to date graphics game, instead making HD ps2 graphics for ps4. Sheeshs noooooooo one waited this long for copy and paste Bullcrap.
