Crash Bandicoot 2 PS1 vs PS4 Graphics Comparison

Brand new gameplay footage of Crash Bandicoot 2 running on PS4 has been released and comparing it to its original PS One version will surely remind you those great moments spent with iconic platformer.

..to understand how much work and attention was given to the original Crash and how much better is to the lame remaster, alhtough PSX s very limiting specs , look at details from the bottom of the river to generally the surrounding more lush and rich vegetation to the insects that fly around to joyfull Crash design (in contrast to the psychotic one remaster), also the colors and the art of the world are far more well made/selected to make contrast and be pleasant to the eye.......
good old ND (not the lame sjw company they became) made the game with love ...
VicariousVis version is just sloppy quick made version on their new engine probably to bag the the money from Sony.

i said it again ,Sony just buy the IP and give it to Japan studio or even Bluepoint games (the studio that upgraded Gravity rush), these people know how to remake the game

We must give ND the credits for create this amazong visual game which still hold good graphics and so playable even after all these years.

It looks great.
The only thing I think needs tweaking is the normal speed of the surfboard, seems a little slower than the original.

The ps1 was amazing for its time but play crash 2 on a modern 1080 TV and just the resolution let's it down

But the biggest advantage of this remaster is you can finally play the game with dual shock sticks not the dpad so many senseless deaths caused by that dpad

obviously the ps4 looks better graphically but the ps1 looked better from an artistic standpoint with more vibrant amd contrasting colors.

The biggest change might be the slightly lower camera angle. It makes it easier to see what's coming

Crashes eyes are smaller and not black. I hope they have different unlock-able skins, would be nice
