The addictive blend of slots and bingo known as Slingo has been delighting casual gamers for more than a decade in one form or another, and soon Slingo fans will be able to add Slingo Supreme to the list.
According to the team at Funkitron, the goal behind Slingo Supreme is to create a flagship product for all Slingo fans -- and a direct sequel to the hit that started it all: Slingo Deluxe.
NintendoLife: Some games just don’t translate well to the video game format, among them bingo and slots, unless you can bet real money on them. They’re both completely up to chance, and that’s generally not enough to drive a gamer. It’s strange, then, that combining the two works so well. Slingo Supreme does a decent job of bringing the early Internet-borne activity to the small screen, but with Slingo Quest already available for the same price, should you take a chance on this?

I hesitate using the word "addicting" when talking about iPhone games anymore, as it's a pretty tired cliché, but I can't think of a better way to describe the new iPhone game Slingo Supreme. I use the term “new” loosely, as Slingo itself has been around since the mid-nineties, but is new to the iPhone platform. Many gamers will probably remember playing Slingo on AOL back when your 28.8k modem was the hotness. I remember the game from back then, but somehow managed never to have played it until this iPhone iteration. The game evolved a lot since the first release from 1995, and Slingo Supreme for iPhone is based on the PC game of the same name from 2008.
