I think Cyberpunk is close in gameplay. Sure it's a futuristic setting but I find alot of similarities with the two games.

This game looks awful it looks cheesy and really generic. The main character is like a giant hipster. You 3D print your weapons and your melee weapon as a rope with a pool ball on the end of it this looks terrible
Donts capture the city feel like GTA does. Very sterile feel to dogs2.
One of the few who enjoyed the first for what it was, just the driving needed to be tweaked. Looking forward anyway.
