The creator of the game, Matt Gilgenbach, has had experience with both Depression and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, so he was certainly well placed to make such a game. Neverending Nightmares is all about a man named Thomas, who falls into one nightmare after another. The story is minimalistic in the way it is told, using both dialogue and violent and disturbing imagery to get its point across. It manages to do just that, but do be warned that the game often has a depressing tone."
